AdBlue Delete

AdBlue is a urea-based fluid injected into the exhaust by the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system to reduce NOx emissions in diesel engines. However, injector blockages, pump failures, crystallization, and sensor faults make the AdBlue system a significant cost for drivers. At Ankara Gazi Automotive, we permanently software-delete the AdBlue system at our Şaşmaz/Etimesgut center.

How Is AdBlue Delete Performed?

1. System check: SCR components, NOx sensors, and control units are scanned before starting.
2. Software read: ECU and, if required, ACM (AdBlue Control Module) software is safely read and backed up.
3. Software delete: AdBlue pump commands, injector commands, countdown, NOx control loop, and immobilization are disabled in software.
4. Software load: The modified file is reloaded.
5. Fault code clearing: All AdBlue-related DTC codes are cleared and the check engine light turns off.
6. Test drive: Verified on the road.

What to Expect After the Procedure
